Bizarre footage shows a Tesla (model Y) hurtling through the streets of Chaozhou at bizarre speed, hitting multiple road users, then crashing into a building and coming to a stop. It would be a 55-year-old man who initially seems to want to park his Tesla, but then hits the road at extreme speed. He said the vehicle’s brakes were not working.

Tesla has said it is investigating the cause of the accident. Their data would show that the brakes were not applied during the incident. This is not the first time Tesla has been blamed for a crash. The question often remains whether this is justified, or whether the cause lies with the driver. Time will tell.
