Marcelo “B-Boy” De Souza Ribeiro, who has been called the “most modified man in the world” thanks to his unique appearance, has revealed his most recent transformation: he cut off his index finger to look like an alien devil.

Marcelo, 40, from São Paulo, became known as the second most tattooed man in the country in 2017, according to the Brazilian Association of Tattooists and Piercers. He has tattooed no less than 96% of his body at that time. Over the years he has spent quite a bit of money on all his modifications to eventually want to look like an alien devil, because that is his goal.

In addition to 1500 tattoos, countless piercings, implants, sharpened fangs and a split tongue, he recently had his hand split in two with surgery. He claimed this was a world first.
